(Honolulu, HI) -- Traffic is getting worse in Honolulu. That's according to a report by INRIX Traffic Scoreboard. The report states motorists in Honolulu wasted 60 hours sitting in traffic in 2013, marking an 18-percent increase from the previous year. The report says traffic congestion in Honolulu is the second worst in the nation. Los Angeles, California took the top spot. The report also points out five locations on the H-1 Freeway that made the list of worst roads for congestion, including the stretch from Aolele Street to Moanalua Road and Kaua Street to Aiea.
