(Big Island, HI) -- Thousands of Puna residents remain in the dark days after Tropical Storm Iselle hit the region. Hawaii Electric Light Company officials say about 68-hundred customers are without power as of today. Crews are working as quickly as possible to turn the lights back on for everyone. Company officials say it could be up to three weeks before power is restored to the areas that took the most damage from Iselle. HELCO's customer information center remains open at the Hawaiian Shores Community Center in Hawaiian Beaches.
