(Honolulu, HI) -- Scams targeting Hawaii's senior citizens are increasing. Callers are being told they've won a big cash bounty from Donald Trump and to watch for a prize-carrying car that never arrives. Winners must pay taxes via a green card costing 500 dollars. HPD Financial Crimes spokesman Lieutenant John McCarthy said three reports a week have escalated to three every day. Victims suffer a financial loss instead of a windfall because their contribution is never returned.
