(Honolulu, HI) -- There are no jury deliberations today in the murder retrial of a federal agent due to the severe weather expected from Iselle. The "Honolulu Star-Advertiser" reports a state court judge in the retrial of Christopher Deedy sent jurors home for the weekend at noon yesterday. They were sent home just before all courthouses closed because of the storm. State courthouses are expected to reopen on Monday. The jury was instructed to call the court by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday for further instructions. The jurors will decide the fate of Deedy, who is charged with the 2011 shooting death of a man at a McDonald's in Waikiki.
