(Honolulu, HI) -- U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is in Honolulu today. Kerry is giving a speech on Asia-Pacific relations at the East-West Center in Manoa. Dozens of protesters were stationed outside the event today aimed at trying to give Kerry a piece of their mind when it comes to several issues, including federal recognition of Native Hawaiians. Kerry also plans to meet with military leaders on the island today.
