(Honolulu, HI) -- Gas prices in the Aloha State are climbing. According to the AAA Hawaii Weekend Gas Watch, the state average is four-dollars-18-cents for a gallon of regular unleaded. That's up four cents from a week ago and 15-cents from a month ago. Honolulu's pump price is four-dollars-ten-cents, which is a four cent increase from last week. In Hilo, the average gas price is four-dollars-12-cents, which is three cents more than last week. And Wailuku residents are paying four-dollars-32-cents a gallon, a two-cent rise. Officials say with fuel prices continuing to go up, it's important to check your car's tire pressure to ensure best gas efficiency.
