(Honolulu, HI) -- Governor Neil Abercrombie is releasing nearly 65-million dollars for capital improvement projects. The funding is meant to stimulate Hawaii's economy through more construction work and improvements for state facilities. The governor said in a statement that the projects will address "much-needed repairs and improvements to create a safer, more efficient state infrastructure and a more productive workflow." Of the allotment of funds, 14-million-dollars will go to the Aloha Stadium for health and safety improvements.
