(Honolulu, HI) -- A Maui born chef who has garnered a lifetime of experience at some of the top restaurants around the world is coming home. Jonathan Mizukami has been tabbed to succeed Chris Kajioka as executive chef at Vintage Cave Honolulu beginning in August. Mizukami's resume reads like a laundry list of high cuisine. He's a former sous chef under Thomas Keller at the world-renowned French Laundry restaurant in California. Mizukami's stops have also included time working in the kitchens of such globally recognized restaurants like Per Se in New York City, El Bulli in Spain and Gordon Ramsey's flagship restaurant in London.
