(Honolulu, HI) -- A man is headed behind bars for a Liliha fire that killed a resident of a local boardinghouse. James Kimo Moses has been found guilty of manslaughter and a host of other charges connected to the February 2011 fire. Prosecutors say Moses was angry that he had been evicted from the boardinghouse, and returned to burn the building to the ground. A fire started by Moses killed a 76-year-old man inside the residence and injured several others. Moses had been evicted for allegedly dealing drugs from the home.
