(Denver, CO) -- Large numbers of people in Colorado are braving snow and frigid cold to be among the first buyers in the state's marijuana shops. An owner of one cannabis retailer in Denver expected up to a thousand customers at the highly-anticipated New Year's Day opening. Around three dozen stores and dispensaries are cleared by the state to sell pot for recreational use. Colorado officials predict the sales will ultimately gross more than 550-dollars in annual revenues.
